Portal Login Filler · Chrome extension
Terms & Conditions
Effective 6 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Portal Login Filler Chrome extension (“the extension”) and to licences bought for it. The extension is provided by RMK Tech Services, No 78, GF, Ramanagar 7th Cross, Talur Road, Ballari, Ballari, Karnataka, India - 583101 (“we”, “us”). By installing the extension or buying a licence you agree to these terms.
2. What the extension does
The extension fills the User ID and Password fields on login pages of portals such as GST, Income Tax and EPFO, using a client list kept in your own Google Sheet or Excel file. It never solves or bypasses CAPTCHA, never completes OTP or two-factor verification, and never submits a login form. You complete those steps yourself.
Portal Login Filler is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to GSTN, the Income Tax Department, EPFO or any government body.
3. Free trial
New users get a 15-day free trial with every feature. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, a paid licence is required to keep using the extension. One free trial is allowed per Google account.
4. Licence and price
- A licence costs ₹299 per year per Google (Gmail) account. This is the final price; no GST is charged.
- A licence is linked to one Google account, the one you sign in to the extension with, and may be used by that account on any number of computers. It may not be shared with other people.
- A licence is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. It does not renew automatically; you can buy a new licence when it ends.
- We may change the price for future purchases. A change never affects a licence already paid for.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway using UPI, debit or credit cards, or netbanking. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Delivery of the licence is described in our Delivery Policy, and refunds in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
- Use the extension only with login credentials you are authorised to use, for example with your clients’ permission.
- Follow the terms of use of every portal you log in to.
- Keep your client list secure. You are responsible for who can access your Google Sheet, Excel file and computer.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the extension.
7. Availability and changes to portals
Government portals change their login pages from time to time. The extension includes “Configure Portal” so you can adjust it, and we aim to release updates promptly, but we cannot guarantee that every portal will work at all times. Temporary unavailability of a portal or of the extension does not extend or refund a licence.
8. Limitation of liability
The extension is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including missed filing deadlines, penalties, or loss arising from the misuse or disclosure of credentials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Privacy
How the extension handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Client passwords never leave your browser.
10. Termination
We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold or used in breach of these terms. You may stop using the extension at any time by removing it from Chrome.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ballari, Karnataka.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Questions: rmk320044@gmail.com, +91 7813 99 88 33.
